  • Strength + Stretch 1

    In this introductory level, dancers begin developing body awareness through intentional breath and core connection. We build a safe foundation for flexibility by exploring proper alignment, balanced posture, and gentle progression toward splits, backbends, and balance work. This level prioritizes control over range and introduces the mind-body connection that underpins all future progress.

  • Strength + Stretch 2

    With foundational awareness in place, we begin to integrate breath with movement. Dancers refine hip and shoulder alignment, learn pelvic and scapular stability, and begin to square and control their flexibility with precision. Emphasis is placed on safe backbends, square splits, and understanding how to stretch without compensating through the lower back or joints.

  • Strength 3

    Strength + Stretch 3

    Now more connected to their center, dancers deepen their understanding of diaphragmatic breathing, rib alignment, and spinal support. We emphasize how to initiate movement from the core, stabilizing the torso while controlling arms, legs, and turnout. This level builds resilience, integrity, and strength throughout every extension and balance.

  • Strength + Stretch 4

    At this level, strength and alignment unlock freedom. Movements that once felt impossible become fluid, connected, and expressive. We explore dynamic ranges of motion, sustained balances, and greater coordination across complex sequences, fusing grace with power while maintaining total-body control.

  • Strength + Stretch 5

    Dancers in this level demonstrate true integration of strength, technique, and artistry. We refine turnout using the deep deep 6 hip rotators, stabilize the hips for controlled extensions and multiple turns, and open the chest and shoulders for advanced backbends and needle variations. Every movement is informed by an intelligent core and an aligned foundation, ready for performance and longevity.
